It is still my understanding through the CA attorney General that you cant be charged for service you are not getting. I contacted my Credit card company and after contacting Signpost they would not remove the charge. (less than 10 days before i requested to discontinue.) I requested they refund my credit card the amount for their service i was no longer using and they refused. I finally was able to talk to an agent and found out they had automatically renewed my service for 6 months on Nov. They refuse till i could reach a service agent on the phone. I searched their site and found where to request to discontinue service. I never signed an renewal contracts with this company and was never told how to discontinue service. I had to connect with another service to reach my customers for sales. During the Black Friday Thanksgiving sales their service stopped functioning and no one was available to report the lost service to till after the holiday weekend. 2020 I wanted to discontinue their service. In July 2020 I requested the amount be reduced to COVID closure. I paid 6 month at a time for lower costs. I used their monthly service for our businesses social networking since 1917. ![]()
